Transclean Services offer a full external cleaning service, specialising in render cleaning. Most external rendering on today’s buildings are either K Rend or Monocouche rendering. Here at Transclean Services we understand that rendering can be damaged with the wrong cleaning system. We do not pressure wash external rendering, instead we use a non aggressive cleaning system incorporating an anti fungal wash that has been developed by ourselves. In areas such as Poundbury, Dorchester, all the houses built within the development have been rendered and therefore have to be cleaned using a non aggressive cleaning system. Our unique anti fungal wash has been very popular and customers have been happy and satisfied with the work undertaken on their properties.

After cleaning your external rendering, Transclean Services will apply a specially developed render treatment to your rendering. This means that additional cleaning will not need to be undertaken for another 3-5 years, rather than the regular annual clean, saving you money and giving you peace of mind.
